CHINA ADOPTION FORECAST
I came across a website that you can type in your LID and it will give you a projected date that you will receive your referral. With a LID of 3/8/06, this is what it said:
Our best guess - a weighted average of recent CCAA velocities, guessing that CCAA will perform about as well in the future as they are performing now, but might return to previous trends: 2007-11-17
I'M REALLY HOPING (NOT TO MENTION, I HAVE A STRONG FEELING) THAT WE WILL RECEIVE OUR REFERRAL BEFORE NEXT NOVEMBER. THE ONE (AND ONLY) COOL THING ABOUT THE PROJECTED DATE OF 11-17-07 .......... IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!

Insert Twilight Zone music! Hmmm....that birthday thing would be kinda cool. I say this only because I see that forecast site as rather optimistic anymore.
I know boo-hiss but gotta do whatcha gotta do.
Back to my butterfly draw pulls. I've already drawn blood twice putting those things on where I took my wine glass drawer pulls off....now is THAT a sign? ;0)

Mike feels that things will speed up after the 1st of the year. I am not so optimistic. I've been thinking we will travel late fall of 2007.
Mine said 12/28/07. That really sucks! I want a do over!!
Well that certainly wasn't a glowing forcast of pure sunshine, but if you give me that date...then I'll take it, at least I'd have a date. But I hope it won't take that long...I believe I would have to update all the paperwork twice...yikes!
That's about 5 months longers than Melissa's forcast.

I found your blog for a few reasons. It was actually the first time I found that spot on RQ. I'm a little new. So I started with the March ones.
When I got to yours, it said Lisa from Grand Rapids,Michigan... with a dog named Luna. You signed your comments on RQ as Lisa with a sign in as Luna. Very sneaky... You are not very good at being incogneito (sp?)

Oh yeah we share the '17' thing too. My b-day is 6/17, my son's 12/17 and my favorite cousin is 10/17! I began the process on 10/17 and our homestudy was complete on 12/17.
I also have a weird 22 or 222 thing. We were LID 3/22 I was actually hoping for 2/22... anyway I'm going on little sleep and 'talking' too much.
