DOING THE MATH

I thought I better get out the calculator for this one. Alright......The way I figure it, there are 211 days between our log-in-date and the last day matched (August 9th). If they were to keep it to a 14-15 month wait, tops (which is what the CCAA just recently said in France or Spain-can't remember which one) then....................They are going to have to match 23-24 days per month for us to receive our referral in June, 2007. Hmmmmm. Sorry, the Hmmmmm was PMS related. I guess it's possible.

Fingers crossed! Every month it is a new guessing game and collective holding of breathes to see what happens.

AT least you got out the calculator!! You should see the scrap piece of paper with a bunch of numbers written all over it in front of me, that I tried to figure my numbers out on.

I figure there are still sooo many "numbers" in front of me that at this point it doesn't really matter if I was "off" by a few days!

Although I am sooooo happy for those that are getting their refferrals today after waiting soooo long, I must say, this has been the hardest month for me. My brain just can't get a handle on things right now for some reason.

throw that damn calculator away!!
Everytime someone tells me "when are you getting Ava?" I say "this time next year." Doesn't matter what month it is, I have been saying, "this time next year" for the past 4 months. Seems like a safe answer to me.

Why does it seem to get farther away each month when it really does get closer?? I don't get it.

Good luck with your number crunching! I hope, hope HOPE that the CCAA picks up the pace so that we can all get our referrals sooner!

lol! Yes, you are nesting. Counting down the days. Scrubbing everything. Getting everything just perfect. Asking, "Will there be enough time to prepare for her arrival?" Lists lists and more lists... {{hugs}} excited for you chica! ~Fran
