It's Weigh In Wednesday!
I clipped my toe nails, shaved my legs & removed my jewelry before hopping on the scale this morning. I of course weighed myself before I took a shower ( I know that wet hair must add at least 2 pounds!). Drumroll please.............. I have lost 4.5 pounds in one week! I am pretty excited if I do say so myself. I can hardly believe that I'm going to look like Nicole Richie when I lose another 5.5 pounds! I read in one of the tabloids that Nicole said she has only lost 10 pounds........Amazing! Geez, I thought I had like 20 pounds or more to lose! So how are you doing? I know some of you started a bit late on the diet, some of you don't own a scale, some of you get weighed once a month, some of you get weighed on Thursday, some of you will never diet again because you were sick for 7 days in Bali and didn't lose a pound & some of you never started the diet so, post your results/comments when you can.

Ok, I suck! LOL! I lost .6lbs! Yep that is it folks. To be honest I didn't do any dieting but I did excersise. I don't do that. I also parked my car atleast 100 yards from my place of employement. I turned down desert and I ate peas last night. I got my WW books out for this week (starting today of course) ~ Fran
4.5!!? Way to go! you rock. Keep it up! I can't bare to get on the scale. I was doing really well until I polished off a large Laura Secord egg last night. I know, I know … BAD!

Ok, I didn't lose anything. But, I have been doing the treadmill daily for 45 minutes and pilates 3x a week. Muscle ways more that fat, right?

Well... I didn't lose any weight this week. BUT- I didn't GAIN any weight this week either! Yahoo !!! That's a big accomplishment recently!!! All I can do is keep trying.
I lost 1.5lbs.! I started a little late but am very excited. Thanks for motivating me! Hope to have lost more by next Wed. Congrats on the big loss! WOW!

I lost almost 30 lbs last year by walking and doing the slimfast diet and it worked for me I still ate just not as much cause I found the slimfast filled me. Strawberry mixed with fat free moo!! love it It is great blended with a banana! Still maintaining.

AWESOME JOB, MY FRIEND!!!!! I actually forgot to post last week but I lost a pound. Down 30 total! I will weigh tomorrow and let you know how I did this week.

I dunno how much I lost, but I do know that my clothes are fitting larger this week, which can only mean one thing...I'm getting smaller! Yay!

I hopped on the scale this morning and was down 2 pounds from yesterday and Rod was down almost 3 pounds!!! But then, before I could stop him, Rod picked up the scale shook it a little and plopped it back down. And sure enough, I was a pound heavier!!!! Damn husband. I told him if he ever does that again he should fear for his life.
